KinLives ("the Service") provides life journaling, family memory management, AI life advisory, and goal & decision support. The Service is operated by KinLives and integrates with third-party infrastructure (e.g. AI model services, storage) to deliver its full capabilities.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to safeguard your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the content you upload (text, images, audio, video, etc.). You grant the Service the storage, processing, and display rights necessary to provide its features. We never sell your data to third parties.
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In overseas regions (e.g. EU/US) GDPR/CCPA apply, granting you rights to access, rectify, export, and delete your data; in mainland China we comply with the PIPL and related laws. You can export or delete your data anytime under Settings → Data.
AI features (e.g. AI organization, life advisory, decision analysis, book writing) assist your journaling and thinking. Their output is for reference only and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). AI output may contain errors — verify important decisions yourself.
Paid features are charged per the selected plan, as shown on the subscription page. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full payment details. Unused subscription periods may be refunded per applicable law.
You must not use the Service for unlawful activity, distributing illegal content, infringing others' rights, compromising system security, or interfering with other users.
We may update, adjust, or discontinue features, with advance notice for material changes. You may delete your account at any time; your data will then be deleted or anonymized as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from force majeure, data loss, or AI output errors.
