Registration info (name, email, password hash); content you record (text, images, audio, video, tags, location); usage data (device type, browser, IP, page views); IM integration data (binding identifier, messages sent to our bot).
To provide core features (recording, organization, timeline, AI analysis), personalize AI services, improve the product, and ensure security and compliance. We never use your personal data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
When necessary, your content is sent to AI model providers for processing (e.g. organization, transcription, analysis, report generation). We transmit only the data needed for the task. AI providers may process data per their policies; we select partners with data processing agreements in place.
Data is stored with our chosen cloud providers (overseas version: Silicon Valley, USA; mainland China version: within mainland China). We use encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and least-privilege principles. No system can guarantee 100% security.
We do not share your data except: ①at your explicit choice (e.g. family collaboration); ②when required by law or lawful requests; ③to protect our legitimate interests; ④with infrastructure providers bound by data processing agreements.
Access & correction (Settings); export (Data page, JSON/CSV); deletion (Data page or account deletion); withdraw consent (disable AI features or delete content). Overseas users have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA (e.g. data portability, objection to processing).
We use necessary cookies for sessions and localStorage for language preference. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
The Service is for adults. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), please do not register. If we discover minor data, we will delete it promptly.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product.
